How to get Cellcard 3G with HSDPA
All Cellcard post-paid subscribers can instantly have 3G/HSDPA access by doing the following:
Existing subscribers: Upgrade to a Cellcard 3G/HSDPA SIM card at no cost to you. Simply call 712 or visit the MobiTel head office.
New subscribers: Sign up for a Cellcard 3G plan at a MobiTel Customer Service Centre or via a MobiTel sales representative. You will be given a 3G/HSDPA SIM card.
To enjoy high-speed Internet access via HSDPA, please make sure you are using any of the following HSDPA-enabled mobile phones currently available in Cambodia:
