LOST AND STOLEN



What you need to do first if your phone and SIM CARD was lost or stolen?

First you need to contact to MobiTel by calling to helpline 012 812812 or 812 or come to the MobiTel head office/ Franchises as soon as possible with your Id Card or Family Book or Passport and a Photo (4x6) to temporarily suspend your phone number. This will ensure that your phone number can't be use by anyone else.

Lost and Stolen - Cost.

Please note that you are responsible for all calls and service used by your phone number's service even if someone else uses your phone number. We are unable to provide refunds or credit back for delays in barring or block your mobile phone. So the first thing you need to do first after your phone or SIM Card is lost or stolen is contact MobiTel to suspend your phone number.

For Reconnect your SIM CARD after Lost or Stolen.

After your SIM CARD has been lost or stolen, if you wish to reconnect your phone number please bring your National ID Card or Family Book with a photo 4x6 and come to Mobitel head office / MobiTel Franchises, and you just refresh $10 CellCard you will get your old number and 10$ in your phone number or pay $8 for only New SIM CARD (Old Number).

How can I change my telephone number to another number of my choice?

No, you can't change your old number to the other number as your choice. If you wish you have to have a new number you need to buy that new number.

How can we change telephone number from Post Paid to Prepaid line?

You can change your telephone number from Postpaid to Prepaid but you have to clear all your balance from your account every 28th or 29th of the month before transferring and your refund deposit will be inform by customer service officer.

Please bring your National ID Card or Family Book with photo (4x6) come to Mobitel office. To make sure that you come up with all require information please contact our helpline number 012812812 or 812 (24 hrs).

How do I activate Mobitel Cellcard Connection?

You just visit at Mobitel dealers phone shops or Mobitel head office with your National ID card or Family Book and a photo 4x6 (for foreigner please bring along with Passport and Valid Visa with local resident, office address or Hotel address) for capturing your name, address and security information.

How will I get a broadcast before my telephone number Deact or None?

You can check by dialing #124# and press Ok, the message will show you on your screen about your balance inquiry, free of SMS date, and expiration date. (Free Service) or press 822 and send you will be informing by announcement (Charge 3cent per time)

When does my telephone number Deact or None from the system?

If your account number less than 0$ for 90 days, your number will be disconnected from the system.
